Chelating resin is a type of High Polymer Material which will form a more complex coordination and cross-linked functions with the metal ions. Chelationg resin adsorption mechanism of metal ions on the resin is a function of metal atoms and ions occurred coordination reaction,forming the stable structure which are similar to small molecule,while the and the ion-exchange resins is the electrostatic adsorption mechanism. As a result ,compared with the ion –exchange resins ,      chelating resin and metal ions combined with a stronger power and a higher     selectivity,they can be used in a variety of metal ions recovery, as well as the  seperation of amino hydrometallurgy, pollution precention and control and so on.

Macroporous iminodiacetate resin with highly selective for multi-valence metal ions. Used for separation and recovery of high valence metal ions & scarce metals and transition elements ions. When there are univalent and divalent metal ions xxxxx product is also suited to be used in getting rid of Ca2+ and Mg2+ ions in the salt electrolysis solution, in waste treatment.
